Just found this forum and it really helps to know Im not alone..... suffered on and off with anxiety for years and I hate it.....

Welcome to Anxiety UK. You will find a lot of people in the same situation as you, anxiety and panic attacks, you are not alone. I use this site for a good rant and sometimes a shoulder to cry on, it has been a godsend lately.
