Hi Archie
I get this very bad , shoulders , neck , going up into the back of my head , if I feel my shoulders I can feel the tension & it can be painful to touch them as they are so tensed , so it is normal & you are not on your own & no need to say sorry on here for been in a panic ,thats what this site is here for ;)
Try taking a nice warm bath , hot drink after & maybe rubbing deep heat or something like that , I use deep heat , its for muscle pains & it is are muscles that are so tensed through anxiety , try it , I find it very good
Love

I often get this horrid feeling and have been told many times in the years I have had anxiety, thats what it is, and to take no notice of it, but, I have told the people who have said that try it yourself. Lindenlea
