hi everyone
Has anyone had musale tension there shoulder that goes into
your neck and thoat,
I am all tensed today
Still having to take deep breathes and a job to yawn.
Scared I am going to have a panic attack
Does anyone feel like this.

Hi Archie

I know how you feel I felt like this and still do on occasions it was like a lump in my throat and yes you get very scared but my good GP states it is anxiety and all I do is try to breath and tell myself that this is not serious what I am feelinmg in my throat and I wont choke and I really know it is hard to do this but try, please take care it will go.

Thank-you anxiety is terrible I had a jumping in my thoat the other day
and went into a panic attack has anyone else had this.
I was so lucky to find this site.
