You are helping Sheffield & all we can ever do is try & sometimes its hard , maybe we try to much which we can do & that makes us feel worse
Just accept you feel low at the moment & cry if you need to , there is nothing wrong with that , you are letting it all out , it does us good sometimes , this does have its up's & downs , there is no quick fix , (wish there was ) you will get there , dont put more pressure on yourself though
You are a valid member of this site , & people will relate to how you feel , so if you are up or down , you are still a help as others as they will no they are not on there own , & that includes me , as I to get down to hun
Hope the next few days see you pick up , but slowly , its not a race ;)
Love
